If it arrives wrong, fix it before they ask twice

Doshe Journal

A chip, a wrong size, a color that shifted in the photo — these happen in handmade work. What turns them into a public problem is the pause after the buyer writes.

I answer the same day with a plan: remake, refund, or ship a replacement, and which one I can actually do. I do not ask them to educate me with a second message. The first note is already the cost of the mistake.

Shops that last on Doshe are not the ones that never err. They are the ones that treat a wrong arrival as studio work, not as a debate. Fix it while they still sound like a person, not a complaint.
